This policy is intended to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace, including but not limited to the Philippine Labor Code, the Anti-Discrimination Act, and other relevant statutes and regulations. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law shall govern.

Farm Tech Philippines, Inc. will provide regular training and education to all employees on their rights and responsibilities under this policy, as well as on the prevention of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. Training will be conducted upon hire and periodically thereafter, as deemed necessary by management.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Farm Tech Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate action against any individual found to have violated this policy, regardless of their position or tenure with the company.
